From the MMPA Summit:  Liz Bredeson at  Meredith said they offer the flap on a bangtail envelope in bills and renewals to an advertiser.  Covers the costs of the BRE, hasn’t hurt response.  Liz suggests offers that don’t compete with magazine content.  Flap carries a “Special offer for [Magazine] Customers” slug.
